Tips and products for leading a more mindful, healthful and balanced life

Get Inspired By These Youtubers!

We love us some YouTube! It’s a fantastic resource for so many different topics like vegan recipes, healthy meal plans, workout tips, and so much more. While there is an abundance of videos to check out, there are just some YouTubers that we keep going back to again and again and again. Check out some of our favorite vloggers that we love catching up with whenever we have some time to spend on our phones.

Lauren Toyota

Lauren has a ton of content out there, but for some reason, it’s her What I Ate in a Day videos that have got us addicted. Not only does the food she eats look tasty, but you can even find many of the recipes on her Hot for Food Blog. She makes eating vegan attainable and free of intimidation.

Keltie O’Connor

Keltie talks a lot. And she talks really fast. And she’s goofy and fun and seems to try every type of food lifestyle and workout there is out there. From training and eating like Michael Phelps (the guy has a 12,000 calorie diet) to trying out Beyonce’s Coachella weight loss diet, you get to watch her weed through all there is out there so that you can figure out what will work for you.

Jon Venus

Jon Venus is all about staying positive, fit, and plant-based. This fitness star and new dad manages to stay muscular and active, while eating plant-based. If you’ve been trying to figure out how to keep those energy levels up or how to get in that protein to build some muscle, he has lots of fantastic videos and food diaries for you.

Gretchen’s Vegan Bakery

Now this channel may have not started out as a vegan one, but it morphed into one and still makes out mouths drool. Gretchen creates vegan recipes for delicious concoctions like a cinnamon bun cake and chocolate mousse cheesecake. You’ll get sucked into learning all of her tips and tricks for baking with vegan ingredients.

Sarah’s Vegan Kitchen

We get that there are a ton of vegan channels out there, but there is something about Sarah that is wonderfully down to earth and genuine. You’ll be able to check out what she eats in a day, see how she creates comfort food dishes like a vegan Taco Bell Crunchwrap, and even watch taste tests for things like kinds of vegan milk so that you don’t have to go out and try them all for yourself!
