Looking to give your body a reset? Or have you already started the Whole 30 diet and are looking for some new ideas? HSL editors have rounded up some of their favorite Whole 30 recipes to check out.
Those who have no clue what Whole 30 is, should check out the Whole30 site. The basics of Whole30 is to eliminate things like sugar, alcohol, dairy, legumes and more to let your body heal. After 30 days of doing this, your body should begin to feel better and issues that you have had whether it be in the gut, with your skin, etc. may begin to clear up. Then once the 30 days is over, you begin reintroducing foods to your diet so that you can hopefully find out which ones have been problematic to your body.
The food doesn’t have to be boring though. And with so many more trying Whole 30 out nowadays, there are a ton of new recipes coming out on a regular basis.
