Cruelty-Free Fall 2018 Beauty Prep

Fall is right around the corner, which means it’s time to change up your beauty routine. We weren’t really sure what to expect this season, but thankfully, NYFW showed us a ton of doable looks that we are looking forward to channeling. Think along the lines of less is more, eyes OR lips, and looking a bit undone. Check out what to keep in your arsenal to help you achieve our favorite fall 2018 beauty trends.

Cherry Bomb

Vivid cherry hues for hair are fun and punchy. Lime Crime’s Shook ($16) Unicorn Hair Tint reminds us of models that took the catwalk at Miu Miu. This fun hair dye will do best on hair that is platinum or blonde already.

Primed Skin

Going with the whole, less is more theme, for your everyday look, you can nix a heavy foundation. NYX’s Angel Veil Skin Perfecting Primer ($16) will have your skin looking so luxurious and smooth, it’s an instant confidence booster. Use it as a base for skin tints and BB creams.

Perfectly Concealed

If you plan on skipping foundation to really let your natural skin shine through, a bit of concealer will do wonders in terms of spot concealing or for the under-eye area. Cover FX is a favorite brand of ours. Check out their full-coverage Cream Concealer ($28).

Punky Eyes

You’re going to want to go dark, a bit messy, and layer it on. Get stylish imperfection with the help of Kat Von D’s Anti-Precision Eyeliner ($19), which was inspired by Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day.

Glitterati

If you love shimmer and shine, this one is for you! On the runways, model eyes were popping with glitter, sequin, gems, you name it! Try giving your lids a swipe of Too Faced Gold Ultra-Fine Face & Body Glitter ($17) for a hit of decadence.

Rosebud Pouts

Red-hued lips are classic and great for any season. For this fall, opt for a red that has a warmer appearance for something romantic, but still powerful like Anastasia Beverly Hill’s Liquid Lipstick in Kathryn ($20).
