Get Fit After Baby With Your Baby

Looking to stay healthy and fit after having a baby? It can be super tough! We know that you’re already exhausted and it can be hard to get away without a sitter. Luckily, there are lots of mom and baby workouts cropping up out there so that you can spend time with your baby, while burning some calories and toning up. Give a few of them a try and see which ones are best for you and your little one.

Baby Boot Camp offers a variety of classes where moms can get in a great workout and not have to find or pay for a babysitter. Not only that, but a real sense of community begins to form when attending these workouts. It’s also a great way to head outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Parent and Kids Yoga

In addition to allowing mothers and children to practice yoga together, kids will learn everything from balance to flexibility, to how to focus and increase self-control. Is there a YMCA or gym with a pool in your neighborhood? See if they offer some post-natal exercise classes. While many swim classes focus solely on the baby, places like the YMCA of Los Angeles craft their classes specifically for postpartum recovery. Amazing!

Don’t feel like leaving the house or maybe you just want to do something one-on-one with the baby?
