Facial Oils For The Drier Weather
Have you noticed lately that your face has been feeling a bit drier? Maybe your foundation isn’t applying as smoothly or you have been noticing some flaky skin around your mouth or nose? With the onset of the colder weather, your skin routine may need a tune-up. Skin tends to not produce as many oils in the fall and winter seasons. In addition, walking into spaces where the heat is blasting can also make your face drier.
Facial oils are amazing when it comes to hydrating skin. Keep in mind that you don’t have to use facial oils as a single step and use it an entire layer. Start off by adding a couple of drops into your moisturizer, mix with your fingers, and then pat into your skin. You should notice an immediate difference. As with all skin products, some oils may work better on your face than others. If after a week of adding facial oils into your routine, you notice breakouts or no difference, we would highly suggest trying a different oil or brand.
