Treat Yourself
We’re not saying to go out and buy a brand new car or anything, BUT we are saying that it’s OK to treat yourself to something nice once in a while. Sometimes we get so wrapped up worrying about bills and money that we forget to have fun. Go out and enjoy a movie with some popcorn or buy something that will last you a while like a new makeup product or body lotion. A nice perfume would be a great way to make you feel a bit luxurious every day as well.

Eat Right
It’s pretty amazing how the food you eat can impact everything from your mood to brain function. Try to stay away from fast food and unhealthy vending machines when possible. If you find yourself craving snacks a lot, be sure to always have an option available in your bag, at your desk and in your kitchen so that you don’t go reaching for a bag of greasy potato chips or a doughnut.
